16 oz round pork sausage roll/log (jimmy dean, farmer John, etc)
12 oz chorizo (pork) also come in a roll form
16 oz cream cheese brick
15 oz can of Ro Tel Original Tomatoes Diced and Green Chiles
16 oz Mexican shredded cheese
 2 large bags of corn tortilla chips
1 brown the sausage and chorizo sausage in a pan and cook until done
2 drain the fat
3 add in the cream cheese
4 add in the can of tomatoes with chiles
5 simmer until all combined
6 put into casserole baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
7 bake 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
